week numero 4
This week at MEDA I went to 2 stores with a partner to ask them if they provided tech support to customers. One store on 20th did provide tech support, but their customer service was poor. the other store i went to on 19th didn't provide tech support but they're customer service was good. even though the guy didn't know what he was talking about he still tried to help us. Over all, I had a good experience and i learned how not to make the same mistakes they did when I provide customer service.
