Week five we took apart a laptop and assembled back together we also practice our customer service tech support skills with Emerson to help us get ready for the tech support workshop we will be doing soon. We also worked more on our linkedin profiles and got more knowledge on what are the important things that we should have on it, also that we should only be doing connections with people we actually know. Week 6 was good it began with starting to work on Salesforce, we continued to look over our resumes. With help from another techie we looked over and got feedback on it. That was really great because there was things that we might have felt were good but to someone else it didn't sound great. We finished by doing a macbook pro dissembling and assembling it back together, it was fun because it shows the difference between apple laptops and other brand laptops. There are so many more screws in a Macbook that its easy to get confused, but by practicing now helps us get ready for when people begin to bring in laptops next week.
