In this free 12-week (Mon - Fri 240 hour) training program, participants learn IT essentials of hardware, software, networking and coding, plus how to provide tech support to low-income families. Graduates of the program receive a $500 stipend, job-readiness training, professional skills, ongoing placement, retention services, college prep and knowledge of how to enroll in post-secondary education. we have learn the lady and Leo communicate about the computer what we have to do for the group. we taking some training for the test and What we do not know what ROM/RAM means. There's so amny words I don't know because the speaker are not to clear. I need help. and the group helping . so Thank you.
