Today we got to see how to interact with costumers as a lady came in to pick up a laptop she brought, and drop off a desk computer we got to see how to fill out the paperwork and write down what she need it to be done on her computer. I can't wait to put our hands to work on those computers its going to be fun. Today we also filled out a study guide that is going to help us for our coming up test.
