In this free 12-week (Mon - Fri 240 hour) training program, participants learn IT essentials of hardware, software, networking and coding, plus how to provide tech support to low-income families. Graduates of the program receive a $500 stipend, job-readiness training, professional skills, ongoing placement, retention services, college prep and knowledge of how to enroll in post-secondary education. My name is Tania I was born in Mexico I'm a very shy person, I always like to learn new things and that's why I'm here at the techies program. I would like to study computer science and cosmetology in the near future.
