RAM Mastah E 4/9
Today's topic was about productivity. Everyone had a different project or computer to work on. I worked on a Macbook Pro today and it was really interesting and fun to work on. I was pretty productive in the fact that I was able to complete my diagnostics of the laptop, I contacted the Client and He was able to come in and go over some of the issues. We ultimately decided on swapping out the Macbook with another Macbook that was donated to MEDA. I'm really excited to continue this project and I hope to learn a lot more!
