It's Thursday!
Back at ranch (Techies HQ) it's the first week of the fall class and we got to know each other through a series of ice breakers, class activities and presentations. We all got to share the good, the bad, and the ugly with one another though I can't say it wasn't nerve wracking. We didn't know what to expect from this class but we weren't disappointed. We had fun getting to know one another and knowing how we function both in a relaxed environment and under pressure. Leo is cool (even if he doesn't let us do a class burrito run). We got the lecture on the basics of soft skills and safety and it's assumed that this info will be carried out in our future careers in technology. It's nice being able to work within a small class with a cool environment. We're all eager to get our hands dirty with taking apart the pcs already. Really looking forward to coding and finding out what's wrong with my own pc at home.
